This item is a Premium Heavyweight 5.1oz. 100% Cotton Garment-dyed long sleeve in Charcoal Gray. This garment runs a touch on the slim side.  If you are between sizes, sizing up is suggested.  I am 5'10" 165 lbs wearing a medium is a snug fit in the sleeves.  I could easily wear a large for a more full fit.
