This product is for (100) custom embroidered patches. This is the minimum production run that we can produce. We are not able to run smaller volumes because the amount of work involved in setting up the artwork and the machine makes running smaller volumes not feasible.
With 100 patches, you can select two different color options. 50/50
This price is for a smaller patch sized for mostly use on hats, typically about 4" wide x 2.25" tall max. Anything larger than that is difficult to fit onto most hats.
Typical lead time from approval of the artwork is about 2-3 weeks for production.
If you want these sewn onto blank hats, we can handle that as well.
